Below you will find Proposed Rule alterations to be considered at the AGM.
All proposed alterations shall be submitted to the League General Secretary by May 12th.
Rule 2(M) Amend to ……. Being fined £50
Rule 2(N) Amend to …… Fine of £20, rising by £5 increments……
Rule 9(C) Amend to …… shall be fined £2 for the first offence, increasing by £1 increments…….
Rule 9(G) Captains must wear armbands at all times during a match. If the
Captain is replaced; the armband must be passed to another player
Rule 10(B) Amend to …… the times of kick-off shall be fixed by the Management
Committee. These kick-off times will be 10.00, 10.15 (for Cup matches
only), 10.30, 10.45 or 11.00 at club discretion for morning and 13.00,
13.30 and 14.00 for afternoon matches. No matches shall kick-off at other times on a Sunday
Rule 10(B) Amend to ….. the home team must provide 2 suitable match balls and
present them to the referee in his/her changing room before the scheduled kick-off time….
Rule 10(B) Amend to …. Failure to provide such nets will result in the home team
forfeiting the game and being fined £10 for each offence. The referee will be entitled to receive the full match fee
Rule 10(D) Now to read …. Fixtures will be published on the League website at
least 10 days in advance, with an appointed referee. Home clubs must confirm match details with the away club and referee by email or telephone by the Sunday prior to the match and confirm to
the Section Officer that this has been done. The League reserves the
right to change these details at any time
Rule 10(F) Amend to …. In all League and Cup matches both clubs shall share the
expenses of the ground, the referee and any officially appointed
assistant referees.
The maximum fee for a ground shall be £100, the ground holder can therefore charge the visiting club up to a maximum
of £50 plus half the expenses of the match officials. Payment must be
made in cash on the day of the game unless otherwise agreed by both
teams before the match
Rule 10(J) Add ….. the referee shall be given the copy of the match card at least
10 minutes before the start of the game containing all the players first
and surnames and the corresponding shirt numbers. For a late match
card, teams will be fined £5 for each occurrence. For irregularities with
match cards such as incorrect numbers, teams will be fined 50p for
each error with no maximum limit
Rule 13(H) Amend to …. the referee shall submit a report form (R card) online or
by post after each match….
Rule 13(T) Referees must attend the ground at least 30 minutes prior to
kick-off
