Just a gentle reminder that walk over's can only be scantioned at LKB monthly meetings -Before a walk over is given the club claiming the walk over must put in writing to the relevant section officer their request plus any cost(if applicable)-The offending team is also reqired to confirm their reason for non attendances in writing. All correspondance MUST be address to their section officer. This is then discussed at the monthly meetings and voted on - Once given only then can the walk over be added to the tables -
