History: The club was formed back in 1974 by John Ferne as Jupiter FC, starting life in Junior Division 5 of the London & Kent Border League. I started playing for the club in 1975, becoming secretary in 1979. We made steady progress through the junior divisions reaching the Inter section in the late seventies. Under a new name (White Horse FC), and new manager George Dolby (my Father), the Inter 1 title was won in 1984, taking us into the senior divisions. We reached the Premier division by 1989.Another name change followed (Whitehouse Sports FC), and this was the Start of a very successful period for the club. I became player-manager of a reserve side, which won a league and cup double, two seasons running. Tony Green was now 1st team manager and won the Premier Title three seasons running.1992 became our greatest year, with three Teams (the two mentioned previously and another managed by Terry Cunningham), all winning their respective divisions, along with the Winning of two cups and a cup runners-up spot in the same season. I formed today’s side in 2000, mainly consisting of a very young family Side coupled with some older heads such as Ray Howard, Del Carthy and John (Smoothie) who I made Captain. We were unbeaten in our first season, winning a treble of the Inter 3 title along with the Inter and Reserves cups. Dave Slater became Manager and took the team into the Premier division, winning the senior 2 title on the way. My eldest son Marc became player-manager in 2004 and won the Premier title in his first season. The following season 2005-06 we became Baldon Sports and finished Runners Up but won the Senior Cup and lost the Mary Wiltshire final. The title returned in the 2006-07 but 2 more cup final defeats were hard to take. The 2007-08 season was very eventful at one. Stage we was on for all 4 but had to settle for the senior premier title and senior Cup after 2 narrow defeats in the Mary Wiltshire Final and London Senior Challenge Cup Final. The 2008-09 Season was again a great Season for the Club with us adding a Second Team under the Management of Paul Gillard and they went on to win the Inter Division Title and lost the Inter Cup 1-0,the 1st Team Lifted the Senior Cup, Alf Green Cup, finished Runners Up in the Senior Division and Lifted the London Senior Cup winning the Final 3-0 against Vista a Great Achievement.
